No, the underground shelter can be installed on flat or sloping lots.

Do you look at my yard before installing the underground shelter.
We typically will perform a site inspection of the area where you want to have the shelter installed.
We look to insure that access for equipment and delivery truck can access the area where the shelter will be installed.

What if I have large surface rock in my yard
If the rock is such that it would need to be jack-hammered we do not install underground shelters in those conditions.

My yard is prone to flooding can I still install an underground shelter
No, underground shelters cannot be in area that are wet or flood.

How long does the installation of the underground shelter take.
A typical installation usually takes four (4) hours but site conditions can effect this.

What are the safety tests that were performed on these shelters?
